Eccentric Screw Pump
The powerful biogas pump!
Due to the strong suction power, the eccentric screw pump is very popular with biogas plant operators. It pumps thick biomass or digestate without any problems at a relative low energy consumption.

- Steel outflow flange with connection flange DN 150 PN 16
- Wear-resistant rotor made of specially hardened Cr-Mo-steel
- Manure-resistant rubber stator (other qualities available at an extra charge)
- On request, it can be mounted on a galvanized console or a stainless steel console
Application
Perfect as pump for
- Agriculture: pumping manure
- Biogas plant: pumping biomass or digestate
- Wastewater treatment plant: pumping sewage sludge
- Industrial systems: Pumping industrial wastewater
Advantages
“The HEX from Stallkamp sucks much better than comparable solutions with a rotary lobe pump and at a significantly lower power consumption. The eccentric screw pump also pumps high DM content media (up to 10-12 %). This can\’t be achieved with conventional rotary lobe pumps (max. 9 % DM content). Despite the strong performance, the pump runs quietly. We are very satisfied.”

Technical Data

Performance

The flow rate (volume flow rate in m3) is dependent on the density and viscosity of the liquid, the type and the DM content of the manure (animal feed), the support height and distance as well as the diameter of the pipeline.
