Full Stainless Steel Mixer
This reference has three agitator fully made from stainless steel. The reason for installilng full stainless steel agitators was the poor performance of previous agitators from another manufacturer. The high quality stainless steel agitators by Stallkamp have a power of 22 kW and a blade diameter of 700 mm. The agitators called TMR3i are used in a 2.330 m³ tank. The tank stores wheat pulp which is a waste product while winning starch.
Mixer for pulp with low pH-value
Each of the agitators is equipped with a lifting gear. Moreover, a work platform was implemented according to the mixers. Since the submersible motor agitators are made of high quality stainless steel, they are especially suitable for aggresive media and liquids with changeable pH, generally from pH 5,3 to pH 8,1 (at 20°). Thus, the agitator shows high resistancy and is qualified for use in industrial wastewater, sludge, pulp etc.
