This reference shows a wastewater project of a dairy factory, where three stainless steel tanks were realised.
Activation basin and sedimentation basin in stainless steel
For this project the construction of stainless steel tanks was required. They serve the food producer as activation basin and sedimentation basin. Those were integrated to the existing company-owned waster water treatment plant. The biggest tank has a capacity of 1.400 m³ and a self-supporting ribbed dome made from GRP. The roof has an opening for maintenance and inspection purposes. All three wastewater tanks are composed of stainless steel shell plates. Moreover, the tanks have individual components such as an inspection opening, wall bushings, a fixed ladder and a working platform.
