Fermenter aus Edelstahl für Biogasanlage
Stallkamp delivered two identical tanks in the US-state Wisconsin that are used as digesters for a biogas plant. The digester have a capacity of 3.000 m³. Both of the corrugated stainless steel tanks are built with high quality stainless steel shells and therefore fulfill the requirements for biogas fermenter. The tanks have a gas storing roof, two work platforms, a wall bushing, a suction and filling port and an inspection hole. Additionally, the digesters are equipped with eight submersible motor agitators – each of them with a power of 17 kW.

The steel tanks are manufactured from high quality stainless steel and thus very corrosion resistant. The digester is very longlasting and usually causes less maintenance costs. The biogas digester in stainless steel is optimal for aggressive fermentation processes.
