Retention basin for waste water project

Within the scope of the project, a corrugated steel tank was realised and serves as a retention basin for rainwater for the industrial company in the waste battery recycling. The tank is made of high-quality stainless steel and is individually corrugated and rolled to diameter. The individual shell plates overlap at the horizontal and vertical joints and are joined with specially developed screw connections. The upper rim of the tank is constructed from an extra-stiff rim profile. The shell plates are sealed to each other and to the concrete slab with a slurry- and wastewater-resistant special sealing compound, which is used as filling material. The connection to the floor slab is made via a circumferential floor angle made of stainless steel, which is fastened with bolt anchors.
